Today, the Senate concurred with the House Amendment on HF 2612 AEA Reform, School Funding/SSA, and Teacher Pay. The bill will be signed by the Speaker of the House, the Senate President, and sent to Governor Reynolds for her signature.

SF 251 was approved by the Senate during the 2023 Legislative Session but died in the House Education Committee last year. A subcommittee was assigned this week, which may indicate the House Education Committee’s willingness to move the bill forward, though we are registered opposed.
